Lindenwood: Global Design Services

During my time as part of Lindenwood Global Design Services (GDS), I was responsible for a variety of tasks, including designing (using backwards design) and reviewing academic courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Courses and review process followed a standardized template. I conducted research as requested, including substantial time on Outside Educational Resources (OERS). These courses were intended to be asynchronous courses taken independently or part of a sequence, with a target audience focused more on a non-traditional population (new majority).
